The people of Zamfara State yesterday come out in mass to welcome back His Excellency Malam Ibrahim Wakkala as he returns back from Abuja after collecting his APC Governorship Nomination Form.
Villagers which includes women and old people came out to the streets as early as 10am waiting for the arrival of the their Malam, they have been praying for the success of the contest “Allah ya iya maka”.
Malam Wakkala was able to reach his residence at around 8pm due to number of cars in the motorcade that escorted him; In His addressed to the crowd, he show his appreciation for the love shown to him ” Words could not express how happy I am at this moment, indeed this shows that you accepted me”. He further pledge his service and protection of lives and properties of the people of Zamfara State if given opportunity to the next Governor of the state in the 2019 elections.
