Jigawa state government has pledged to continue carrying youths along in all its developmental activities in the state
Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar gave the assurance at a dinner and awards night in his honour organized by the North West progressive movement in collaboration with coalition of Badaru disciples.
He said he was satisfied with the prudent commitment and intelligence of Jigawa youths involved in politics and governance
Alhaji Badaru Abubakar stated that he was proud with the unity, intelligence and maturity among the youths
He therefore expressed gratgitude for the honour and pledged to continue supporting youths
Earlier the coordinator of the North West progressive movement Alhaji Sale Ahmed Birniwa said the occasion was organized in recognition of Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar efforts for championing the cause of youths in politics and governance
He said the event also allowed them showcase achievements recorded by Governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar and President Muhammad Badaru in the past six years
The Governor was presented with awards by different youth’s association.
The event which take place at Dutse Royal Golf course was attended by Deputy Governor, members of the state and nationals assembly, local government chairmen as well as youth leaders
